Communities in Transition
Introduction to Spiral Dynamics®
Spiral Dynamics is a theory of human development, developed by Don Beck and Chris Cowan, based on the work of professor Clare W. Graves. The core insight informing Spiral Dynamics is that human development is shaped in response to life conditions in such a manner that deep-seated coping systems are developed and passed on through the culture to others. In this online study, we will examine the theory behind Spiral Dynamics and the characteristics of each of the 8 emergent levels, and the implications for spiritual growth.

Come, Holy Spirit!
The Holy Spirit has often been called the most forgotten Person in the Trinity. In many ways, however, the gift of the Spirit is one of the main reasons why Christ came, died, then rose from the dead. It is the Spirit Who makes it possible for us to not only break from the reign of sin, but to grow into the new human nature brought to us by Christ. The Spirit accomplishes this by blessing us with graces of transformation and gifts to enable effective service in the church.
