I've always enjoyed your writing, John, although you must learn to use the Shift key to capitalize the appropriate letter. : )
I also liked your guidelines, and think they're right on.
Discernment about how to interact with people is extremely important, is it not? But they must learn to hear us for who we are, and that includes the idiosyncrasies concerning some aspects of our communication.
