: Does God go beyond the spiritually unitive goals and provide for our temporal wants and needs?
: Sometimes. Often even. When He does, this is what the cajuns would call "lagniappe".
jb,
I know this is true. God often does this for me.
However, I never thought about it in terms of
"lagniappe." But that is exactly what it is.
I might need something and find it on sale or
'buy one get one free'. He shows up in the darndest
places!
......
: So pray for every need you can conceive of, importunately and incessantly,
: temporal or eternal.
: Say one for me, too.
I often feel moved to pray for you and I don't
know why because I don't really know you in person.
However I do pray for you and I hope you
will pray for me, too.
You have got me going with my poetry again and I
love it!
Thank you jb.
