: I think is a beautiful gift and eventhough I do not use as often as before it is always there whenever call upon.
: My experience is that it gives me a direct line with our Lord, I truly feel that the Holy Spirit is letting me say exactly what my soul wants to say and asks exactly for what I need.
: Just like Phil says is a pathway to comtemplative prayer, for me it makes it easier to concentrate in our Lord.
: Whenever I pray in tongues I really feel that I am letting go and tune in myself with God.
Hector...you have expressed it for me very well. Yet there are days when I seem to be using my prayer language solely. And that seems to be a great help. I think it would be great if Phil would conduct a workshop on this wonderful gift. My prayer life has not been the same and it says for me what I cannot! often I wish we had a Charimatic Episcopal church near by, but no such luck! yet, my speaking in tongues seems to come to fruition the most when I am in my prayer closet! and if I haven't said so, I am deeply grateful for this gift!
Blessings, and grace,
Anne
