Felipe:  I can understand how you are feeling and would suggest begin with the Gospel of John and read a chapter....look for that which speaks to you and think on it....how it could apply to life that day.
Phil has also given some great suggestions...there is a bible study on the Gospel of John...if you would like, I will forward that URL to you.

After it downloads click on "Bible Studies" and in there you will find the Gospel of John.  I have just started it and it is great@!
  Also check on the Internet Programs that Phil offers on this site..enroll in one if you can.  They are great and will help develop one's spirituality.

: A few times a week I realize I want to be a faithful and obedient child of God, but most of the time this is not on my mind at all.  I go to church locally but don't feel like I'm connecting with anyone there.  I feel like I need someone to check up on me and see if I am reading my Bible and praying regularly.  (I am not, not at all)  I believe in God when I think about it, but I really believe in the world all the time.  Either I go to my job, or do errands, or play golf or watch tv.  I read email regularly, much more so than my Bible.  Is there a bible study listserv?  A thirty minute a day bible study online?  Or what???
