April....HELLO!!!!

I would love to discuss this article by johnboy, BUT one problem: cannot read that much on-line [old eyes] and could NOT print it out for some reason. When I tried, I got 2 blank pages and then nothing and computer froze...so that did not make me a happy camper. And no, the printer is working fine until then....so, will try to copy it to word processor.

But in scanning it, I have one concern. I pray that 'progressive' as used in johnboy's article is NOT [and I am sure it isn't!!!] the one I believe was being used in my ex-church, the Episcopal church. Maybe if I could read johnboys article I would know if he is using 'progressive' in the same way that many use the term, 'liberal.' does he, or doesn't he? Liberal in the sense, as in the Episcopal Church, where liberalism has led to the ordination of non-celibate homosexuals and is leading to blessings of same sex marriage. I would pray that johnboy's 'progressive' term cannot be linked to that type of liberalism.

anyway,....will try to copy the article and if that fails, I will not be able to discuss......shucks. always enjoy johnboy's articles although he speaks often in theological terms that are over me head! ;-]

hope you are well, April. All be well here. Am just limiting my computer time!!

blessings, and grace,
anne
