Ramundo Panikkar, a 100% Hindu and 100% Catholic priest, has a lot to say about intra and inter religious dialogue. ("the Intra-Religious Dialogue" is one of his books) There is also a very interesting article by him in Christian Century magazine (August 16-23, 2000) entitled "Eruption of truth..." In that article, Panikkar defines truth as, "a gen-uine and authentic participation in the dynamism of reality."
I've also been told that "The Unknown Christ of Hinduism" is a good intro to his Christian-Hindu experience or Ewert Cousin's, "Christ of the 21st Century." Since your interests seem to be in the area of dialogue, you might want to look up some of his work.
Oh, the B Russell work was an essay entitled, "Why I Am Not a Christian" in a book of the same title.
