I think the answer to your questions could be that these events (fall of Lucifer and other celestial events) are both parables for us, and revelations of events that actually happened. Just when the fall of Lucifer took place is hard to say, for it might have happened before the creation of the physical universe, and so far as I know, no one's come up with a measure for that time. (shall we suggest it: B.U.)
