I checked my Catholic Encyclopedia and Catechism of the Catholic Church and could not find the term, 'progressive.' Even if I had I would prefer johnboy define the terms HIS way and in an easy-to-understand manner. Y'all gotta remember...been a long time since the ole university days.
right now, IF I define those two terms my way, then johnboy and I are at two different poles. I simply do no agree with 'progressives' which *I* define as the liberal party of Catholicism. So I await johnboy's definitions.
If he did define those terms in his article, then I made the assumption that his and my definitions are the same.
