My family has always had it rough, especially on my mom. It is now falling apart again, and i've not been there to see and know what is going on b/c i'm in college. This is my mom's 3rd marriage, and she's been in it for 5 yrs. She always working too hard while my stepdad sits around after he comes home from work. He will promise to do things, and not do them. He will have parties, and not help out with any of it. He gets angry with my sisters but his boys are druggies and dropouts, who have to respect for him, yet they get to stay home, get allowance, get cars, and are basically favored in any situation. They cost the family money we don't have. My mom is again faced with a test in her life, divorce or stay with this life sucking leech and poor excuse of a human being. He is not a practicing Christian, does nothing to feed his faith, just a lump on the couch, who complains about his legs. What to do? We've prayed for God's help, and i've prayed for my younger sister, 16, who has moved out b/c of him. Why won't things change? Why does God deny my prayers for help, hasn't my family been through enough already? Is divorce the answer, is that it?
