This workshop emphasizes the primary role of attention in the spiritual life. Since God is always here, now and loving, it follows that we, too, need to be living more attentively in the present moment, with our hearts open to giving and receiving love. What stops us from doing this, however, is the false self system of conditioning that we have all internalized through the years. This workshop provides practical guidance on how to move away from false self conditioning to that we can be here now in love.
