I am thinking of the incident on Pentecost Sunday with the members of the Rainbow Sash movement. I understand that in some areas wearers of the Rainbow Sash were denied the Eucharist and, in other areas, they were permitted to receive it. I have a copy of an article about it if you would like to see it. I don't think it would be appropriate to post it here. I also do not have permission to post it.

: Also, some of your messages needs more nuancing. Following your logic to the extreme, one could say that no one is denying anything to anyone if all are already the body of Christ. I'm sure you're speaking of the Eucharist, however, but that's not the same thing as the presence of Christ in one's heart or in the community, etc.

Let me explain a bit further. Since we are a part of the Body of Christ, can any organizational authority harm us spiritually in any way by denying us the Eucharist? There is a way in which we are that (the Body of Christ). So, how can it be taken away from us, other than in Eucharistic form? Is that an attempt at some sort of punishment? If a person is denied the Eucharist, are they implying that they can take the person away from the God within?
