Hi!
I'm currently reading Wilber's "Integral Psychology" and
have come up with some questions about the role of emotions in spiritual development. I've often seen emotions seemingly downplayed by many so-called
masters or gurus. I'd like to hear others opinions
about this topic. How important are our emotions on our journey? What role do they play? How do our interactions with them change as we grow?
I'm on a list where we have been discussing this topic and it's been quite interesting. I'd also appreciate hearing additional comments and opinions about it.
